If you want to allow documents to be created in Sage with blank product codes, use the ConnectIt Configuration utility (Start menu | All Programs | ConnectIt folder). Click the ‘Allow documents to be created with blank product codes’ tick box on the Product Settings tab and then enter a Nominal Code to be allocated to those products that have blank product codes on the QuoteWerks document.
If you do not want documents to be created in Sage with blank product codes, do not tick the box or enter a Nominal Code.
Note: In Sage Line 50 2007 (v13) it is no longer possible to “post” documents with blank product codes, so if you are running this version of Sage, you should not tick the first box on the Product Settings tab.
