Features
- Enables the QuoteWerks user to create the current active QuoteWerks document in Sage without needing to leave the QuoteWerks application. ConnectIt supports creating Sage Sales Quote, Sales Estimate and Sales Invoice document types, plus Sales Credit Notes.
- Support for multi-vendor documents - create multiple Product Purchase Invoice documents in Sage from a single QuoteWerks document, plus Purchase Credit Notes.
- Create Contacts and Persons in Sage for both QuoteWerks Customers and Vendors without needing to leave the QuoteWerks application.
- Create Products and Services in Sage with just a few mouse clicks.
- Bi-directional transfer of unique document reference numbers from QuoteWerks to Sage and the Sage document number back to QuoteWerks for auditing purposes and inclusion in document templates.
- Converting QuoteWerks Country values to Sage One Country Codes to ensure that the Country parts of the Contact and Person records you are creating in Sage One Business Cloud are correctly assigned.
- Converting QuoteWerks Product Group values to Sage One Ledger Codes (Nominal Codes) to ensure that the Line Items on the documents you are creating in Sage One Business Cloud are correctly assigned.
- Intuitive and user friendly. Just click the 'Create document in Sage' menu option from the QuoteWerks Tools menu and let ConnectIt do the rest.
