QuoteWerks TASBooks integration
For use with: QuoteWerks v4.0 build 17 to v23.0 build 5.13 & TASBooks v5.2.x
About the User: This project was commissioned by a client who had previously developed an
integration but wanted the unstable application putting into a more professional framework and enhanced for
deeper integration and additional features.
Project Brief: To put the existing application into a ConnectIt application framework,
add error handling and improved database access techniques, update the QuoteWerks Products database
Availability (Stock) information when an Order is converted to an Invoice and allow the User to select a
Delivery Address if the Customer has more than one listed in TASBooks.
Features:
- Real-time monitoring of User actions in QuoteWerks with prompts as appropriate to perform custom actions.
- Updating Availability (Stock) both Allocated and Unallocated in QuoteWerks.
- Automatic production of Picking / Packing Lists and Delivery Notes.
- Outlook integration - automatically emailing notifications to Customers on Order progress.
- Support for QuoteWerks Standard, Professional and Corporate editions.
