QuoteWerks Sage 50 integration

For use with: QuoteWerks v4.0 build 17 to v23.0 build 5.13 & Sage 50 Accounts v25 (2019) to v29.0 (2023)

About the User: This project was commissioned by an existing client who had used QuoteWerks, Sage 50 Accounts, and our ConnectIt-Sage50 software for some years. They had previously used a manually created Excel spreadsheet to understand what Products they had immediately available and what was due into stock from their overseas suppliers. Due to the time-consuming labour-intensive nature of the spreadsheet and the increasing importance of it’s to the business, they approached us to see if/how we could help.

Project Brief: to automate the process of creating the spreadsheet for Users to understand Product availability.

• A QuoteWerks Product Import Template to import data from a spreadsheet that the supplier provides on stock shipping schedules.
• A scheduled automated process to read Product stock availability from Sage 50 Accounts and write it to a QuoteWerks Product Data Source.
• A User requested process to read Product stock availability from Sage 50 Accounts and write it to the current open document in QuoteWerks.
• An Excel spreadsheet template which can be refreshed real-time to list Products, Quantities on QuoteWerks Orders, Quantity in Stock, Quantities due in and the balances between these values.
• Support for QuoteWerks Standard, Professional and Corporate editions.
