Cause |
|
You are running QuoteWerks and ConnectIt on a Terminal Services server; but when installed, QuoteWerks and/or ConnectIt were possibly not installed by the Administrator in 'Install Mode'. Or you do not have permission under your Terminal Services user profile to run these applications.

Resolution |
Please contact you Systems Administrator to install the QuoteWerks and/or ConnectIt software on the server in 'Install Mode' using the "change user /install" switch. (NB: revert back to execute mode "change user /execute" once the software is installed.)
Also request that the system administrator adds your profile to users with permission to run QuoteWerks and ConnectIt.
