Shipping costs entered into the QuoteWerks Shipping field don’t get transferred into the Sage invoice.

Cause |
ConnectIt does not support shipping information being entered into the QuoteWerks Shipping field.
Note: This is because Shipping is not commonly used with UK QuoteWerks installations due to the way that tax on shipping is dealt with in QuoteWerks.

Resolution |
|
Create a document line item for the shipping/carriage cost and it will be transferred to Sage. If different product codes are used for different standard postage types and couriers etc, it will be possible to track costs and to send them to different nominal codes in Sage, as appropriate.
