Cause |
|
The Microsoft .net framework 2.0 is a pre-requisite for running ConnectIt. If the necessary files are not installed on your computer, then you will be prompted to download them. The ConnectIt installer will automatically download and install the files required for the .net framework.

Resolution |
1. Review the EULA (End User License Agreement).
2. If you agree to the EULA, click Accept to download and continue with the installation.
TIP: In a multi-user environment, it is not necessary to download the installation package for every user. Rather than using the ConnectIt installer, download the file once from the Microsoft website at http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa731542.aspx. Save this file to an appropriate shared directory on the network and install from the file to each user’s computer before running the ConnectIt Installation.
