Do you want to remove this user from the request list and logon again?
Note: Removing users from the system whilst they are currently working in the program could cause data corruption.

Cause |
This was an issue experienced during beta testing ConnectIt on a single user version of Sage Line 50 v12 Financial Controller. However, if a fatal error occurs while running ConnectIt, then it is possible that this error could reoccur.
If you have run ConnectIt more than once, then you may have seen the dialog above prompting you that a user is already logged on.

Resolution |
1. Click No.
2. Check that you or any other users are not logged into Sage.
3. Go into Sage and check the User List and use the administration tools to resolve the problem.
