Cause |

You are almost certainly running Sage Instant Accounts which does not support Third Party Integration.

Resolution |
|
Upgrade to Sage Line 50 Accounts, Accounts Plus or Financial Controller as these Sage products do allow Third Party Integration. You may need to refer to the Sage Help or contact your Sage reseller or administrator for details of how to do this.
