Error loading the document to memory.
A Tax Code for a Tax Rate of x% could not be found. Please check the QuoteWerks document Tax Rate or Sage Configuration Settings and try again.

Cause |
|
The tax rate in question could not be found in Sage or it is not flagged as being In Use.
|
Resolution |
1. Change the Tax Rate on the QuoteWerks Sales Info tab to a Tax Rate that is available in Sage.
Or
2. Check the Sage Configuration Settings to make sure that the desired Tax Rate is available and flagged as being In Use. You may need to refer to the Sage Help or contact your Sage reseller or administrator for details of how to do this.
