A QuoteWerks document reference number could not be found.
ConnectIt will now exit
|

Cause |
The parameter passed into ConnectIt from QuoteWerks was blank.
ConnectIt must always be run by clicking the Create document in Sage menu option on the Tools menu of QuoteWerks. ConnectIt will not work by simply running the executable in the installation directory.

Resolution |
1. Make sure that the document you have open is saved and that there is a valid document reference number in the Doc No. field of the Sales Info tab of your QuoteWerks document.
2. Check that the line entry in the menuopts.add file has not become corrupted by following the steps in the Updating the Create document in Sage menu option section of this document to correct the problem
