An error occurred starting the ConnectIt Registration utility.
‘C:\Program Files\HilltopsIT\ConnectIt\reginfo.lic’ is not a valid path.
Make sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides.

Cause |
|
The ConnectIt registration settings are stored in a hidden file in the installation directory. This directory or file many have been deleted or renamed.
|
Resolution |
1. Check that the path exists.
2. Restore any files from your Recycle Bin that came from the ConnectIt installation directory.
3. Re-install ConnectIt.
