Fatal error adding a Standard Item Line to Sales Order in Sage 200 for Stock Item Code ‘[Product Code]’. Negative unit selling prices are not supported.

Cause |
|
There is a Line Item on your QuoteWerks Document with a negative Unit Price or Quantity resulting in a negative line total. Sage 200 does not support negative ‘Standard’ Line Items and this rule cannot be circumvented using ConnectIt.

Resolution |
Either modify the QuoteWerks Document so that it does not include Line Items with a negative value.
Or temporarily remove the Line Item(s) with a negative line total from the QuoteWerks Document, transfer the Document into Sage 200, add the Line Item(s) back into QuoteWerks and then manually create the Line Item(s) in Sage 200 as ‘Free Text’ Line Items.
