The Email features introduced into ConnectIt-Sage50 in v2.21 support HTML tags for the body of the email. For a full list of HTML tags available and what might be possible with ConnectIt Email you should refer to your reseller, a web developer, or an online resource such as the W3Schools website (for example).
For reference, some of the more common requests that we get and the HTML tags that can be used are as follows:
Carriage return: <br />
Bold text: <strong>My Bold Text</strong>
Italic text: <i>My Italic Text</i>
Please note that the ConnectIt macros are also supported within the HTML tags.
