Following an upgrade, the ConnectIt-Sage50 Configuration settings have returned to the default values.

Cause |
|
The usual reason for ConnectIt-Sage50 settings being ‘lost’ is 1) if ConnectIt is installed to a different path, or 2) the Users Windows / network Profile has changed since the previous installation.

Resolution |
|
ConnectIt settings are saved in two XML files called “cit_main.xml” and “cit_doc.xml”. You may be able to restore the old settings by searching the affected Users C-drive for these files and copying them file to the new installation directory.
