Cause

ConnectIt is unable to connect to QuoteWerks. There could be several reasons for this, including multiple QuoteWerks installations and/or an old version of ConnectIt which does not support 64 bit.

Resolution

1) Re-run QuoteWerks' nsetup.exe with full local Administrator rights. If this doesn't resolve the issue,
2) Check the appropriate QuoteWerks installation has the correct first priority by editing QWLaunch.exe in Program Files\Common Files\QuoteWerks. It may be necessary to right mouse click on the correct QuoteWerks installation and move it up to priority 1.
3) If there is only 1 QuoteWerks installation path, or if the priority order is correct, upgrade the ConnectIt software to a version that supports 64 bit.
