Fatal error creating Product Invoice in Sage.
Error 1 Invalid index specified for Item retrieval.

Cause |
|
This issue is most likely caused by either an incorrect field name in the Documents Overrides in Documents | Sales or Purchase Documents | Overrides | Document Headers or Document Items, or by the selection of a field that Sage does not allow the transfer of data into.

Resolution |
|
Remove or correct the field name, i.e. Comment 1 is not a valid Sage field name but COMMENT_1 is. Save the Configuration and then try the transfer again.
