The error message "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object" appears when you try to transfer a QuoteWerks document to Sage.

Cause |
|
The QuoteWerks document you are trying to transfer to Sage contains the new Line Item Type called "Header" which was introduced into v4.6 of QuoteWerks. The version of ConnectIt you are using does not support this new feature in QuoteWerks.

Resolution |
|
Update ConnectIt-Sage to v1.15.0 (or above) which supports QuoteWerks' new "Header" Line Item Type.
