The Sage Document Number can be found in QuoteWerks and the QuoteWerks Document Number can be found in Sage.

Cause |
ConnectIt writes the QuoteWerks Document Number to the Sage Notes1 field and the document Description to the Notes2 field.
Also ConnectIt brings the Sage Document Number back into QuoteWerks and by default places it in the CustomText01 field on the Custom tab of the document.

Resolution |
If you require the Sage Document Number to be placed in a field other than CustomText01, this can be defined on the Main tab of the ConnectIt Configuration Tool when ConnectIt is being installed and configured.
It is the original QuoteWerks field name label that must be entered into the Main ConnectIt configuration screen, not any customised name label. The original QuoteWerks field name label can be found by double left clicking over the field name label whilst holding down the Control key.
