The City, State/County and Country in the Delivery address is not being transferred to Sage 200 and the fields in sage are greyed out.

Cause |
|
This is because Sage 200 integrates with Sage CRM and a Sage 200 configuration option needs to be set to allow segmented addresses before ConnectIt can populate these fields.

Resolution |
|
To resolve this issue you need to open the Sage 200 system Settings (Settings->System Settings). Then from the Operational settings tab check the Use segmented addresses box.
