Cause |

Something is not right with the current installation from a Windows point of view.
|
Resolution |
Ensure that you are logged in as the Administrator and have no AV/Firewall and/or Anti-Virus software running that may interfere with the installation process, then:
1) Install the latest release of ConnectIt through the Add/Remove Programs interface, or
2) Uninstall ConnectIt through the Add/Remove Programs interface, then run the new installation, or
3) Use a tool like CCleaner (or similar) to remove the current ConnectIt installation, then run the new installation.
