ConnectIt has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Cause |
This fatal error may occur if you are trying to create Purchase Order documents in Sage but the Standard Edition of QuoteWerks has been selected on the QuoteWerks tab of the ConnectIt Configuration utility.
Alternatively, the Corporate Edition of QuoteWerks may have been selected but with the "Is rehosted to SQL Server" tick box not checked, when the backend Access database QuoteWerks has indeed been rehosted to SQL.

Resolution |
In the ConnectIt Configuration utility on the QuoteWerks tab, select the Corporate Edition of QuoteWerks and if your database has been rehosted to SQL Server, tick the "Is rehosted to SQL Server" option and enter the Server details. Test and Save the ConnectIt configuration.
