1.Enter your SQL Server Host Name, SQL Server Database Name and an appropriate number of seconds for the Connection Time Out.
2.Click the Test Connection button to check that the settings are correct.
3.Select from the Naming Convention drop down menu options which Naming Convention you would like to keep with MSCRM.
4.Select the Override the Opportunity Estimated Revenue with the QuoteWerks Sub Total tick box if you would like to select a field from QuoteWerks that is used as your Sub Total instead of your MSCRM Opportunity Estimated Revenue.
