Cause |
|
This error may occur when a user starts QuoteWerks if ConnectIt-Workflow has not been installed to their computer or if ConnectIt-Workflow has been installed to a different folder than is configured in the QuoteWerks site.ini file.

Resolution |
Check whether ConnectIt-Workflow has been installed to the users’ computer. If it has not, then install it; if it has, then check that the installation directory is the same as that configured in the QuoteWerks site.ini file.
Please refer to the ConnectIt-Workflow Step-by-Step Guide to Installation for further information on installing ConnectIt-Workflow and setting up the QuoteWerks site.ini file:

Please note that click “Ok” to this error message will allow the user to continue using QuoteWerks normally. QuoteWerks functionality is not affected by this error message although clearly the user will not be benefitting from the ConnectIt-Workflow functions.
