The Sage MAS Document Number can be found in QuoteWerks and the QuoteWerks Document Number can be found in Sage MAS.

Cause |
ConnectIt-MAS writes the QuoteWerks Document Number to the Sage MAS Comment field.
Also ConnectIt-MAS brings the Sage MAS Document Number back into QuoteWerks and by default places it in the CustomeText01 field on the Custom tab of the document.

Resolution |
If you require the Sage MAS Document Number to be placed in a field other than Custom Text01, this can be defined on the Main tab of the ConnectIt-MAS Configuration.
It is the original QuoteWerks field name label that must be entered into the Main ConnectIt-MAS configuration screen, not any customized name label. The original QuoteWerks field name label can be found by double left clicking over the field name label whilst holding down the Control Key.
The document is type ‘INVOICE’ with a status ‘Open’. This does not match any Document Settings.
