Does the Customer Name in Sage-MAS have to match the Name in QuoteWerks?

Yes. ConnectIt-MAS relies on the Company name specified in the QuoteWerks document Bill To fields to exactly match a Customer Account name in Sage. If a match is found then that Customer Account is used from Sage-MAS. If no match is found, then the document is not created in Sage-MAS.
