CONNECTIT READ ME contains notes users should be aware of before installing or upgrading the ConnectIt software. CURRENT VERSION: 12.0.0 RELEASED: 13 Dec 2017 //---------------------------------------------------------------------- KNOWN ISSUES //---------------------------------------------------------------------- UPGRADES Depending on the permission set for the User installing when the previous version of ConnectIt was installed and new version is being installed, then the 2 x XML files which make up the ConnectIt Configuration settings may be removed as part of the upgrade. We therefore strongly recommend that the 2 x XML files (cit_main.xml and cit_docs.xml) are backed up prior to upgrading. Please refer to the ConnectIt Software website Knowledgebase for further information on copying the 2 x XML files: http://www.connectit-software.co.uk/support/article.aspx?ID=347 DOCUMENT TRANSFER If the Sage Sales Ledger Customer that ConnectIt is transferring a Sales Order Document to is over their Credit Limit, then the ConnectIt User will be prompted as to whether they want to continue. The message is one returned from the Sage API which ConnectIt sees as an error and as such the ConnectIt User will only have the option to click 'Ok' and not 'Yes' or 'No' as they would if performing the same action within Sage 200. When this occurs, ConnectIt does not create the Sales Order in Sage but leaves a 'placeholder' record in the database which means the next time the ConnectIt User tries to transfer a Document, then they are prompted with a 'cannot insert duplicate key row in object' error.
